This is a wonderful example of how we can Be Inspired by Nature. This video shows the beauty that can be experienced as we interact with nature, and take care of the creatures we share this planet with.

There are a number of different ways you can do EFT Emotional Freedom Technique. The Best EFT Tapping Technique that I have used, is the one that I have found gets the best and fastest results.

I’ve just listened to a video interview with Jack Canfield. In it he shares the stresses he is most commonly helping people with at this time.
They include:

It took me a long time to see the positive side of the Value of Mistakes. I grew up believing that mistakes were something to be avoided, and if you did make one there were going to be unpleasant consequences.
Now, that can be true in life. Some mistakes do have very unpleasant, and sometimes life-changing consequences. But, all mistakes are opportunities to learn and grow. Fear is a very real problem faced by everyone. It is part of our physiology. A survival mechanism in us that causes us to fight or run. It is commonly known as the “fight or flight syndrome”.
The problem arises when this survival mechanism kicks in when it is not appropriate. When we experience fear about something we want to do or need to do, and our response is to fight – which is usually exhibited as an angry response, or to run.
The Truth about Fear is that it can destroy our dreams before we even get started if we allow fear to control us.
So, How do You Overcome Fear?

Winston Churchill’s famous speech in which he is quoted as repeatedly saying to his audience: ”Never Give Up“, is both powerful and potentially life changing.
When we refuse to give up, no matter what life dishes up, we will always be winners.
The reality is, life is not fair. Life can be very difficult. People do let you down. Discouraging circumstances happen to everyone.

One of the downsides of attempting anything new, is feeling overwhelmed. There is an abundance of information today on any subject you care to choose.
It is very easy to gather all your information and then not be able to do anything, because the sheer size of the task before you just seems too big.
So, what is the answer to avoiding this? Or, if you are already in this situation of overwhelm, how do you get out of it?

If your goal is achieving more of what you want in life, then one very important aspect that I recommend you pay attention to is your physical health.

One of the most basic and yet effective decisions I made was to make Daily Progress on my current project. I do allow myself a day off each week, but other than that, I make sure I do something that will get me closer to my goal every day.
